Run a booth at the festival and sell your goods/food to 2,500+ local patrons. There is no rental space fee! All we ask is that you donate a portion of the profits you generate during the fair, which will be determined by YOU at your discretion, to the CANswer project. We don't make money unless you make money! We will proudly display the percentage of the profits you will donate on your booth and in the event pamphlets! (Hair Salons - use the booth as a dry bar!)
Can't attend the fair, but still want to be a visible participant? Donate food and raffle prizes! Our volunteers will distribute your food during the fair along with your business cards and/or menus during the hours an allotted amount of time on your behalf. Your raffle prizes will help us generate prizes and get potential new clients to your business. Note: We can arrange for food pick up the night before or day of the event. Room temperature foods are preferable, but sternos will be available upon request and we have access to refrigerators. Please prepare foods that are easily distributable...and remember, the more food you donate, the more exposure to potential new customers!
Perform a scheduled “demonstration” and/or dance at the festival & donate raffle prizes to be distributed/raffled off during the fair. The sky's the limit! Your raffle prizes will also help us generate prizes and get potential new clients to your business.
Saturday afternoons too busy to attend the fair? No problem! Donate a portion of your profits the week leading up to the fair (we’ll provide signage to hang in your business store fronts). You will receive all the same marketing at the event as those vendors attending the festival. Additional recognition will be awarded at the festival and acknowledged in post-event press releases for those businesses who donate the most in terms of money and percentage.
